Order Acceptance

All Nikon Mall orders are subject to our acceptance and we reserve the right to limit quantities without notice. The Nikon Mall does not accept orders for billing and/or shipment to locations outside the United States of America or its possessions and/or territories.

Upon receipt and acceptance of your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail. All electronic correspondence, including your order number, will be sent to the e-mail address you provide during the checkout process.

- Please note that in-warranty repairs on Factory Reconditioned products must be performed by a Nikon-operated service facility (Melville, NY). In-warranty repairs on Factory Reconditioned products cannot be performed by independent Authorized Repair Stations.

Owner's Manuals

The Nikon Mall offers many of the most requested replacement Nikon instruction manuals. If you are unable to find the manual you need here, it may be available through Nikon Customer Service.

- For digital imaging products, call 800-NIKON-UX (800-645-6689).
- Instruction manual sales are limited to one manual per customer/customer address, per model. No commercial/resale orders are accepted.
Software Sales

- Limit 1 Capture NX Upgrade per Nikon Capture 4 Keycode.
- All sales of product keys for Nikon software are final. No refunds or exchanges are allowed. Defective keys will be replaced at Nikon's sole discretion.
- Deliberate misuse of prior version software keys towards special software upgrade pricing will result in the full version price being charged to your credit card and may constitute fraud.

Payment Options

For your convenience, the Nikon Mall accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Please have your card number and expiration date ready.

Phone Orders

The Nikon Mall accepts phone orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Simply call us toll-free at 877-876-4770 and provide the product numbers for the items you wish to purchase to the sales representative.
Delivery Information

- Orders placed before 2:00 PM (E.S.T.) Monday through Friday for products that are in stock will generally be processed and shipped the same day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM (E.S.T.) and on weekends for products that are in stock will be processed the following business day.
- Next- and second-business day rush deliveries are dependent on stock availability and the time at which the order is placed.
- Saturday specified delivery is not available and there is no Sunday delivery.
- All order processing times can be impacted by credit card validation processes.
- Please allow three to five business days for regular surface deliveries.

Canceling or Changing Your Order

If your order has not been shipped, you may cancel or change it by e-mailing us at cancel@nikonmall.com or calling 877-876-4770.

Returns and Exchanges Policies

- All sales of product keys for Nikon software are final. No refunds or exchanges are allowed. Defective keys will be replaced at Nikon's sole discretion.
- Merchandise may be returned within 30 days from the date of shipment if in unused condition and in original packaging material. Original shipping and handling and return postage charges will not be refunded.
- Defective merchandise will be exchanged if returned within 30 days from the date of shipment. Refunds will not be issued for defective merchandise.
- All merchandise must be returned in its original package with all accessories that may have accompanied the original shipment.
- Merchandise will not be accepted for return if the supplied accessories have been opened.
- Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
- Returns and exchanges on software can only be accepted if software is unopened.
- Please allow 2-4 weeks from receipt for returns to be processed.

Backorders

In some instances, products listed on Nikon Mall may be temporarily out of stock. The shippable items on your order will be shipped immediately and any backordered items will be shipped as soon as possible. Your credit card will be charged only for products that are shipped. Any backordered item not included in your initial shipment will be shipped via ground delivery when the product(s) becomes available.
Rechargeable Battery Recycling

Nikon supports and recommends safe and responsible recycling of rechargeable batteries. To request a prepaid shipping label, please call 877-876-4770 or send an e-mail to: service@nikonmall.com. When received, you will need to prepare the item for shipping and drop off at any UPS location for return.
